Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR)

The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients. It is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Certified Residential Specialist (CSR)

The CRS Designation signals to consumers and other real-estate professionals that you are one of the best of the best. CRS agents are dedicated professionals and must meet stringent education and experience requirements. They work to ensure success for their home-buying and selling clients by tapping into their superior training, exceptional professional referral network, and timely and cutting edge industry resources. Annually, Certified Residential Specialists earn more than triple the income of the average REALTOR®, and CRSs complete nearly twice as many transactions each year. Out of more than 1 million REALTORS®, less than 3% are Certified Residential Specialists.

Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI)

The Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. GRI designees:

• Have pursued a course of study that represents the common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professionals.
• Have developed a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to navigate the current real estate climate—no matter what its condition.
• Are recognized nationally.
• Act with professionalism and are committed to serving their clients and customers with the highest ethical standards.
